Recorded live at “Projekt Festival ’97” held at The Vic Theatre in Chicago, IL, on 8/1/1997. This was the first time the duo ever performed "Sideways Forest" live, and it's interesting that they chose to do the Quantum Remix, rather than the original version with full lyrics and a more acoustic sound. Suzanne sounds a little nervous, as this was the opening track of their set and they were performing for a rather large crowd. Regardless, this is a charming performance with some interesting melodic additions to Suzy's original vocal lines. It's also nice that she sang the lyrics featuring the song title which Ryan had omitted in his remixed version.
