“Mediterranea” was one of two demo tracks by the newly formed band to be featured on the Projekt Records compilation, ‘From Across this Grey Land 3’, in 1992, making this their earliest released recordings. When this retrospective collection was compiled in late 1999, this early comp was already quite rare, so many LSD fans had not yet heard "Mediterranea." Since this time, however, the song has been included as a bonus track on the remastered reissue of Love Spirals Downwards' debut album, 'Idylls,' and an acoustic performance of it opens the band's 'Live' album.
